He exhibited in England (1975) and Scotland (1976) and chaired the Saudi Society for Culture and Arts' graphic section. Al Sabban founded the House of Artists in Jeddah in 1992 and has created public murals at airports and government spaces. His mixed media work explores elongated human figures, heritage, and urban change, reflecting concerns about historic cities under modernisation. Recognised for shaping Saudi art, Al Sabban has participated in numerous international exhibitions and remains a key figure mentoring emerging artists.
