Vintage Piero Fornasetti Musicalia gilt porcelain coasters featuring golden and white musical instrument motifs. Designed by Italian artist Piero Fornasetti (1913-1988), known for his fusion of classicism and surrealism. Made in Italy, these collectibles include a total of fifteen coasters and a base for the coaster holder. The coasters are marked Fornasetti Milano, indicating original creation for Bonwit Teller. Several coasters display chips, wear, and hairline cracks, reflecting their vintage nature. Dimensions: Coasters are 4 inches in diameter.
