Description

English Royal Navy collapsing brass spyglass and case originating from 1915. This reproduction piece shows brass construction with five different moving sections. The spy glass is marked with a brass plaque reading "Royal Navy Telescope London 1915"

Displayed in a patina rich wooden box with brass corners adds to its character and authenticity. The glass top is marked "To Her Majesty's Royal Navy A. Maspoli 30 Halborn, London - 1915" with the image of a ship at the center. The piece shows good condition overall with some wear to the lettering due to age and aged-patina brass.
