Vintage chunky pencil reed table lamp, also referred to as bamboo or rattan lamps, from the Mid-Century Modern or Boho Chic style popular in the 70's.
The lamp base features thin, coiled or twisted reeds of bamboo/rattan forming a cylindrical column, a distinctive design often attributed to Italian makers of that era or in the style of designers like Gabriella Crespi. Circa 1980.
Harp and finial are included. Shade is damaged and not included. Height below is to the top of the socket.
