Features a large, flared, fully-adjustable shade with an articulating stem, which can be lowered / raised, accordingly. Good vintage shape, with scuffs, to the painted metal base and shade. Will be presented newly rewired (US).
Manufacturer's brand "Hala" present to the back of the shade.
