Various Artists (Nirvana, Melvins, et al) "Hard to Believe - a KISS Covers Compilation" - a 1990 US pressing on the C/Z label catalog no. CZ024. The gatefold jacket shows edge and corner wear, the vinyl shows surface scuffs on both sides and the inner sleeve is generic paper.
