Produced in 1948, this cylindrical prognosticator with wonderful graphics operates basically identically as the "Magic 8-Ball" - fluid filled with a geometric piece embossed with pre-determined answers that appears in a window. This piece shows wear in the form of paint loss around the window, creasing and minor damage to the graphics near where the paper seam is and the top "instructions" piece pops out - and back in with wear around the edge.
