While we do not independently authenticate autographs, and do not claim to be autograph experts, we present items in good faith and are committed to making it right if concerns about authenticity arise. Your trust matters to us. We appreciate your kind understanding and advanced respect to the matter if this issue arises. Black Belt Auctions guarantees the authenticity of signed items offered at our auction, as described in the online catalog, for a period of sixty (60) days from the close of the auction. This applies to the autograph only and does not apply to the condition which can be of a subjective nature. For items described as autographed, we strongly encourage all interested bidders to carefully examine the photographs provided in the catalog and, if desired, consult a reputable autograph expert of their choice prior to bidding. Unless otherwise stated, autographed items have not been independently authenticated. To make a claim under this authenticity guarantee, the original purchaser of record must: Notify Black Belt Auctions of the authenticity dispute within sixty (60) days of the auction’s close Provide a written letter of rejection from a recognized and independent expert in the relevant field i.e PSA or Beckett  Return the item to Black Belt Auctions in the same condition as when sold If necessary, Black Belt Auctions reserves the right to seek a second opinion from another respected third-party authenticator to resolve the dispute. This guarantee is extended solely to the original buyer at auction and is non-transferable.
