Vintage Sterling Brown/White Agate Pendant, on Brown Cord Necklace, 18"-20", 1970's-1980's, Southwestern Themed. The pendant has a bezel-set brown/transulcent dentritic agate that has an almost design in it. It is oval and appx. 42mm by 26mm with a slightly wider base around the bezel with an etched edge. Swing bail. It tests as sterling with an appx. weight of 16.95 grams for the pendant only. The brown cord necklace is just added to have a necklace so if the buyer does not yet have a chain for this, it can be worn. The cord is appx. 2mm round laminated brown cord with lobster clasp adn silver tone extender chain - 18" to 20". It is marked .925 on the bail. On the under carriage and the bottom edge there is a chip in the stone that looks to be original to the piece and is not visible from the front. It is not signed by the maker. Light oxidation on the sterling that will polish away. Very good condition other than the chip as mentioned - metal is intact, etc. (SY25.1X5 SS16293 J LD 7/21/25).
