Vintage Bone Cuff Bracelet with Amethyst, Pin Clasp, 6.75", 1970's-1980's, possibly older. Most of these bracelets are made with a carved bone - this may be bone or something else. Upon research, bone can have patterns in it some somewhat repeated as this one does - this almost has the look of a snakeskin but not known for sure if it is bone or a heavy acrylic - either way it is well-made with the silver decorative bands at the hinges This has a pin clasp. The bracelet has an oval amethyst at the hinge that is papx. 12.5mm by 9.5mm and is set in a tall bezel between the cuff where it is hinged and sits up slightly higher than the wraps at the hinge. It is appx. 11.5mm wide at the cuff. The amethyst hinge sits a the top of the wrist when worn. It is appx. 2.75" wide in the opening and 1.75" front-to-back. it is not signed or marked.
