Vintage Sterling Cross Pendant, Red/Black/Clear Glass Stones , 1980's-1990's. This has red glass, bezel-set stones on the ends of the cross and in the center raised black square stone, set on it's point with a black square glass stone and a halo of clear stones. Two were missing in the photo but have been replaced. The arms of the cross are very ornate with a setting with indents and upon looking under magnification, those indents could have held stones, though there is no sign that stones were in except for the one at top - there is glue residue that I am attempting to remove - much of it has been removed and looks better than the photos. . It is hard to believe this had stones in all those indents as they are clean with no signs - it is as though the decision was made for it to be an illusion setting - you can add stones if you wish. There is milgrain accents on the edges. It has swing bail with indents as well. The pendant is appx. 2.25" tall with bail and just under 1.5" wide. It has a textured background where it is marked .925 and tests as sterling with an appx. weight of 10.46 grams. It is not signed by the maker. Condition is good ot her than the glue residue.
