Vintage Sterling Southwestern MOP Cuff Bracelet, 6.5", 1960's-1970's, This is believed to b a Navajo piece. This tests as sterling with an appx. weight of 9.90 grams. It has a center oval mother-of-pearl that is appx. 8mm by 6mm that is sawtooth bezel-set with a rope accent around the base of the bezel. On each side there is a silver coil with feather and silver bead accents. The bracelet is appx. 10.5mm going down the wrist with two rounded bands making the cuff that have an open center that get closer and closer to each other as the bracelet moves down the wrist until they fuse into a solid double design at the back of the wrist and are appx. 1/4" wide with a rounded end. It is meant for a smaller wrist. It does have light push/pull at the opening at the back however, it is always best to not over stress the silver to avoid damage but it does have some room for movement to make it slightly larger or smaller. Very good condition and workmanship - light oxidation that will polish away. This is not marked or signed. As noted above, it does test as sterling. This was purchased by a friend on their travels through the west over the years. (SY21X5 SS16274 J LD 7/15/25).
