Additional Information: Large handwritten English vellum indenture dated 1759 during the reign of King George II being the conveyance of a dwelling in St. Giles in Reading in the County of Berks between Anne Sturdy and John Drury. Fancy printed vignette with a portrait of King George II, tax stamps, and red wax seal. Signed. Fine condition with mild discoloration, measures 30 x 24". Accompanied by transmittal envelope with genealogical information.
