A finely proportioned 19th-century Empire pier table crafted in dark-stained hardwood, featuring a rectangular top with molded edge above a frieze fitted with a single central drawer. The table is supported by bold scrolled supports, a hallmark of the Empire style, joined by a shaped stretcher and resting on a plinth-style base.
