Lyman Great Plains Muzzleloading Rifle + Extra Barrel

Description

A Lyman Great Plains Rifle percussion muzzleloader and an additional interchangeable barrel. The rifle is constructed with a dark-stained wood stock and a blued octagonal barrel. The rifle barrel is marked CAL .54, LYMAN - MIDDLEFIELD - CONN., and GREAT PLAINS RIFLE. It also bears the markings BLACK POWDER ONLY - MADE IN ITALY and serial number 98338. The separate blued octagonal barrel is marked GREAT PLAINS HUNTER .50, LYMAN - MIDDLEFIELD - CONN., BLACK POWDER ONLY, and MADE IN ITALY with serial number 460127. The rifle features double set triggers, a percussion ignition system, and a wood ramrod with brass tips. This item is either black powder or manufactured in or before 1898 (and does not take readily available ammunition), and thus does not require an FFL or background check. We can hand out to you at pickup or ship to the address of your choice. In-house shipping available. Pick up is Saturday, Feb. 28 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
