Vintage 10kt Green Spinel Filigree Art Deco Ring, Sz. 5, Signed. This is an early 1900's filigree art deco ring with a green stone that is beileved to be spinel or tourmaline - it is not glass. It is appx. 2 ctw. Emerald cut stone, bezel-set. fiigree milgrain designs. The ring is appx. 11.8mm down the finger and crosses over the top of the finger to the shoulders where the band is appx. 3.7mm and tapers to 1.2mm at the back of the finger with a ridged center to the band. It is signed with a 10 and an elongated X dsign next to the 10 in a recessed area on the inside of the band. The 10 could be 10kt but it does test as 14kt but not quite as strong. I'm calling it 10kt because of the 10; however, I beileve it to be more 12kt to 14kt. Weight of the ring is appx. 2.26. Good condition to very good condition with some light wear. (W6422.24X7 SS7567 J LD 6/17/22).
