Stunning large bronze sculpture with brown patina titled Avenir et Fortune
(Future and good Fortune) depicting a proud beauty with raised arm holding a torch, accompanied by small putti at her side. Sculpture stands on an octagonal dark red veined marble stand having a brass plaque signed by Henrick Kossowski with Paris stamp. Artist was of Russian origin who worked in France, b. 1855 - 1921. Minor damage to one hand, missing a finger. Torch is for a candle.
