Very nice. No chips, fleabites, cracks or other damage.
This is a beautiful vintage object made by Fostoria (1887-1986). The call it a handkerchief bowl, but the pattern is officially "Heirloom". The Opalescent crimped blue glass is even more beautiful than my pictures, since you can see through it and see what is behind it. I took out the background, but cannot take out the background behind the glass. It can be used as a simple decorative object, or in another practical and beautiful way as a console bowl, vase, fruit bowl, or 100 other things. This 6" tall x 6.25"/8" wide (depending where you measure it) free-form art glass item was made between 1959 and 1970 in Moundsville, West Virginia.
