.32 Rimfire. 3.5" barrel length. SN: 22681. Blued metal finish with rosewood grips mounting German Silver front blade and grip escutcheons, and topstrap rear notch sights. Single action five-shot cartridge revolver using a Remington pattern conversion plate. Top of the barrel is marked with three-line address and patent reading PATENTED SEPT. 14. 1858. MARCH 17. 1865/E. REMINGTON & SONS. ILION NEWYORK. U.S.A./NEW MODEL. The cylinder and conversion plate are both numbered 52, and the last two digits of the serial number on the lower barrel are double stamped. Serial numbers match on barrel and frame, and are marked in pencil on the interior of both grip panels. {ANTIQUE}

Condition
Fine. Bore is Frosty with some scattered patina and strong rifling throughout. Barrel retains a strong blue with further blued traces to the seams of the frame and a brown patina dominating. Scattered light handling wear, edgewear, and mars. A pattern of nicks has formed along the left frame and barrel. Grips some light handling dents and flaking varnish. Action exhibits good timing.
