
Two Reproduction Black Powder Pistols: 1860 Army and Derringer
1.) .44 Cal. 8" barrel length. SN: 202399. Colt Second Generation Army Model 1860. Blued and casehardened finish with brass triggerguard and one piece walnut grips. Single action six-shot percussion revolver with rebated cylinder displaying Ormsby's Navel Engagement scene. Markings include COLTS/PATENT to left frame and single line New York address to barrel. {Antique}
2.) .41 Cal. 3.75" barrel length. SN: C6636. Bright metal finish with brass stock fittings and birdshead grip. Single shot smoothbore percussion pistol of modern production.

Condition
1.) Very Good. Spot of oxidation in otherwise Very Bright bore. Metal finish retains a strong blue with muzzle in the white, some scratches at muzzle, and a faint turn ring to the cylinder. Frame shows some residues and grease. Grips with some nicks and light dents on the edges of the butt. Action shows good timing. 2.) Good. Bore is dirty with some residues that should clean to Bright. Some traces of patina forming in barrel and lockplate, with spots of patina and oxidation on hammer. Wood furniture has chips and rough edges around the fittings, likely from suspect quality of manufacture. Some further light dents.
