9mm Para. 4.7" barrel length. SN: 160916. Blued metal refinish with polished barrel mounting checkered walnut two piece grips, half-moon front blade and military pattern rear sight. Single action short recoil operated autoloading pistol fed by detachable double stack magazines. Left slide legend reads FABRIQUE NATIONALE D'ARMES DE GUERRE/HERSTAL BELGIQUE/BROWNING'S PATENT DEPOSE. Item shows {WWII German Eagle} view mark to left slide, left frame, and to chamber. Item further struck with {Eagle/WaA140} marks on left slide, left frame, and in two positions on left barrel. Serial numbers match on frame, slide, and barrel. Frame is not cut for stock mounting. Comes with a blued magazine showing an incomplete Waffenamt stamp, and a leather holster stamped on the interior flap bnz 1944/P. 35, indicating it was made by Steyr-Daimler-Puch A.G. {C&R}

Condition
Good as Refinished. Bore is Very Bright with sharp rifling throughout. Metal finish shows some edgewear, and light scratches scattered over the frame and slide. Brown patina forming in losses. Gripstraps further show pinpoint patina, some scratches, and edgewear. Grips have some stains, dents, and losses to checkering. Holster displays crazing, scratches, and stains. Magazine extraction is rough, as is the operation of the slide stop, a not uncommon issue with pistols made under occupation.
