This set of 8 Aluminum Sizzle Steak/ Enchilada Platters with Wood Carrying Base are in very good condition. The aluminum platters have been brushed cleaned on top to remove any food residue. We have used these for enchiladas for years. They are designed to keep food warm longer. You can heat your enchiladas on them or warm them in the oven to place food on that you want to keep warm- like fajitas. They really do make a difference in keeping food warm. Wood carrying bases are in very good condition also. These don’t often come with the bases and they are great to have when you serve them to others. Protects your table.
