The introduction is followed with a thorough coverage of cast iron foundries and designers and sculptors involved in the production of doorstops. Copies of original catalogues and price lists are also included. This book represents some of the finest doorstops ever produced and gives the reader a broad, encyclopedic view of the hobby.
