The chocolate pot is 9” high and is marked, the cup measures 2 5/8” high x 3 1/4” and is marked and the saucer measures 4 7/8”. The set has no chips, cracks or repairs. It is a very rare color and pattern in nippon china. It is really well painted and looks more stunning than the photos show. It has great detail on the flowers, birds and the gold and jeweled highlights. A pink set in the exact pattern recently sold on ebay for $2500
