Vintage Sterling Thimble, SZ 8. Signed. Etched trim with a plain band above that with the size 8 marked and also marked sterling. t is signed on the inside of the thimble at the top - I cannot read the markings. It does test as sterling with an appx. weight of 4.67 grams. This came from a PA estate which had a large thimble collection. This is appx. 1930's to mid-century or earlier. Very good condition.
