Vintage Blue & Clear Rhinestone Brooch, Aurora Borealis, 1940's-1950's. This is gold tone with prong-set closed black settings to the stones. There are five blossom-like settings that have an appx. 8.5mm darker blue sapphire color round stones and also a few marquise and pear-shaped in that color as well. There are some pale blue stones in pear shaped and marquise and then clear with the auroral borealis shimmer also in the marquise and pea r-shaped and then round halos of those around each blossom. The brooch is appx.3.5" wide and 2.25" tall. Locking clasp. It is not signed or marked and is in very good condition. (NY3.6 SS17273 J LD 1/21/26).
