Vintage Sterling Abalone Ring, Size 8.75, 1940's-1950's This is a long ring with open frame work that sets lower than the bezel setting of the abalone. The abalone is appx. 23mm by 8mm. The total ring length and width is appx. 27.5mm by 13mm. It has a wide band on top with a decorative leaf like design and is appx. 9mm wide and tapers to appx. 2.2mm at the back of the finger. This isnot marked or signed. It tests as sterling with an appx. weight of appx. 4.62 grams. It has light oxidation that is great as is in the vintage condition - or can be polished.
