Vintage Sterling Marcasite Open Link Bracelet, 7", Blossom Accents , Signed, 1940's. T his is 7.5" long with a box clasp and back flip lock clasp. It is marked sterling and tests as sterling and signed by an unknown maker. The weight is appx. 15.09 grams. It is appx. 9mm wide with a figure eight designed link with marcasites set in ray or leaf-like accents and a raised blossom at the center with four marcasites in each blossom. All marcasites are present, one was missing as may be seen in the photos, but it has been replaced. The interesting detail on this bracelet is that the clasp is built into the exact desin of the bracelet and connects at the mid-point of one of the links so it is an almost invisible clasp.
