An Egyptian Revival style giltwood armchair, 20th century,

in the manner of Liberty & Co, the rectangular back panel decorated in polychrome and parcel-gilt with a pharaonic court scene beneath a radiating sun disc, flanked by stylised lotus columns, the downswept arms carved as winged motifs, the supports formed as lion monopodia with paw feet, joined by stretchers, the seat inset with a woven cane panel
