SERIAL NUMBER: N/A, BARREL: 32.5". CALIBER: .52, MFG: 1832, Receiver stamped JH Hall - H.Ferry 1832. Developed in Portland Maine and produced at the US Armory at Harpers Ferry. Used extensively by U.S. Marines. Tilting breech design with rifled bore, and one piece walnut stock. Stud front sight is also the bayonet lug. CONDITION: Good, The rifle has been arsenal converted from flintlock to percussion. Mostly smooth metal surface with scattered light pitting. Good legends. The stock has repairs under breech and at wrist. There are wood chips missing at wrist. Action works well and breech opens properly. The bore has good rifling with some frosting. ANTIQUE
