This is very rare and absolutely stunning Chelsea Bird Figurine made by Royal Crown Derby, England
It is a modeled standing on a branch with wings outstretched above a gilt scrolled base decorated with delicate encrusted flowers.
The flowers, the birds and the base has amazing details.
It is marked with Royal Crown Derby stamp on the bottom and it is dated 1969.
This is really scarce, vintage piece.
This amazing figurine is both Ageless and Timeless
The base, the wing and the head of the birds are enhanced with elaborate gold details
It will be a great gift - to yourself or a loved one.
The figurine is approx. 6 1/4" tall
It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, gold loss or repairs. There some very fine minimal crazing that is not unusual for Royal Crown Derby vintage pieces
Exceptional collector?s piece. Would have a place in any china collection.
