Description
This is a rare late 1800's Staffordshire Female Figure/Vase known as "Little Red Riding Hood".
She has wonderful multi-color hand painted features with great attention to details, including little sprigs of flowers on her dress, etc. typical of the original Staffordshire Little Red Riding Hood pieces. She is seated with a wolf which lies beside her.
The figurine/vase stands 11" tall and it is 5 1/2" by 2 1/2" at the base.
The figurine is in good antique condition. There is some crazing that is normal for those figurines, a chip on the rim of the vase and a hairline on the back - please refer to the pictures.
