"Who Are You" album signed on the cover in blue felt tip marker by The Who band members John Entwistle, Roger Daltrey, and Pete Townshend. Measuring approximately 12" x 12" and in very good condition, with some scattered wear. Record is included. Obtained in-person. This is the last studio album released by The Who with their longtime drummer Keith Moon, who died just three weeks after its release. A uniquely chaotic recording experience with Moon's deteriorating health and other delays, "Who Are You" is an album aided by other musical experts like the Zombies member Rod Argent, and producers Ted Astley, Andy Faithweather-Low, and Billy Nicholls. A fantastic piece of music artistry from one of the most influential rock bands in all of history during the height of their success.
Provenance
This piece was recently authenticated by Beckett/BAS, and a full letter from Beckett/BAS is expected to arrive approximately 4–6 weeks after the auction’s conclusion.
