A Daisy & Heddon VL .22 Caliber Single-shot Rifle that is in good to very good condition with a bright and defined bore that could benefit from a light cleaning. The action appears to function properly, and the finish has minor areas of surface rust. A very neat rifle that uses a bizarre high heat temperature to ignite the specialized Daisy VL .22 Caliber cartridge. Initially sold as a special pellet rifle, these were reclassed as a firearm after review by the ATF in the late 1960's. Comes in a nice hardcase with a book about the history of the VL rifle.
