17th-18th century, Orthodox rite. Silvered bronze, over 2" height. A raised edge cross enclosing a stick cross (no Corpus Christi) with ciphers at the beam terminals. Surrounded by Baroque architectural embellishment. Reverse flat with raised edge cross and Cyrillic inscriptions. Wear from its time of use and the surface lightly textured from burial with detail intact. Professionally refurbished with the pure silver surface restored and on an 18” modern Sterling silver neck chain for contemporary wear. Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
