Title: Vintage Sterling Tribal Carnelian Frog/Bird Necklace, Lavalier, 20" , Carol Felley

Description: Vintage Sterling Tribal Frog/Bird Lavalier Carnelian Necklace, Cultural, 20" , Carol Felley signed with the F 94. this has a stamped ring at the ends of the chain with a bird on each center of the slightly lower-set oval carnelian and from that is a frog. These animals have a tribal design to them. The necklace is 20" with a hook clasp and paperclip style link that is 3mm wide. The carnelian is bezel-set and appx. 14mm by 9.5mm. The frog and birds are appx. 7/8" wide. The rings are apx. 12.5mm with stamped edges. Marked sterling and tested and weight with a weight of appx. 18.71 grams. Carol Felley was born in NY and landed in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she creates her jewelry. Her pieces ae sought after and are treated as art, not just jewelry. She signed her jewelry with a wide f and usually a number and in this case it is f 94 for the year 1994. Very good condition. (W12422.2X2 SS9251 J LD 1/5/23).
