Title: Vintage Sterling Southwestern Opal ring, Sz. 6.5, 1970's

Description: Vintage Sterling Southwestern Opal ring, Sz. 6.5, 1970'. This has an appx. 8mm round oval that is bezel-set on a a wider base that is 13.5mm round with etched accents. It has a split band that is 8.5mm wide at the top of the ring and tapers down to a fused double band that is appx. 3mm at the back of the finger. It is marked sterling and tests as sterling with an appx. weight of 5.32 grams. The opal has nice fire with some typical and expected wear on the ring. Still a very nice ring and in good to very good condition. Nicely made and nice weight - not like rings today that are light and tinny. It is not signed by the maker. (NY2.1X5 SS15829 J LD 5/22/25).
