Description: Sterling Mexican Turquoise Colored Ring, Sz. 8.5, Signed CII, Mexico, 1990's-2000's. Southwestern look. the stone is an oval turquoise colored cabochon. It is not turquoise - has lighting white through the stone- the color of larimar but not as much white as you usually see. It is not resin. Uncertain as to what the stone is. It is appx. 13mm by 9mm in a raised bezel-setting over a lower tapered frame tht has curved engraved lines in a spiral design around the frame. The ring is appx. 21.5mm by 17.5m. on top down and across the finger. At the top shoulders there is a thin elongated split v that is appx. 4.3mm wide and the band tapers to appx. 3.5mm at the back of the finger. It is a thick band, appx. 1.8mm thick on average around the finger. The ring is marked .925 and tests as sterling with a weight of appx. 7.31 gr. Very good condition. (W7823.2X2 SS J 9D 7/14/23).
