Condition Report:
General knocks, surface splits, scratches, and marks commensurate with age and use. Some fading and discolouration throughout. Hinges and gate leg functioning well. General marks and wear to interior surfaces. Runs smoothly with a split to the lining. Joints sound and solid. Overall appears in reasonably good structural and cosmetic condition.
