SEM: (1863-1934) Georges Goursat. French caricaturist, famous during the Belle Epoque. A good original pen, ink, and coloured pencil caricature signed by Sem on an 8vo page removed from an autograph album, n.p., n.d. Sem has drawn a head and shoulders caricature of a happy, plump faced lady wearing a hat and coat and with a mischievious glint in her eyes. Signed (´Sem´) in black ink by the caricaturist at the foot of the drawing. VG
