A gorgeous pair of Mid Century, 45" tall Indo-Persian James Mont-style brass lamps etched with flowers and leaves. Two brass bells on each lamp as pulls, they ring when used. Lacquered black wood bases with felt pads to protect furniture. Original hardware and Underwriter's Laboratories stickers on sockets showing that these lamps were inspected by the global safety consulting and certification company founded in 1894. Two nearly new white synthetic silk shades are included. Superb quality. Excellent condition - minor age wear, U.S. wired and in working condition. Rewiring recommended. Possibly Persia or Syria, circa 1950s.

Each lamp without shade is 8.5"W x 8.5"D x 45"H (from the bottom of the base to the top of the finial, without shade).
Each shade is 15"H x 17"D at the top x 18"D at the bottom.
