Each jar is a typical neoclassical form with a removable lid. Crafted from high-caliber porcelain. What makes them truly exceptional examples is the hand-painted bold violet gilt decorations featuring winged griffins, framed with circular cartouches that bear the stenciled label "Elect: Alkerm," while the other jar is stenciled with "Man: Lacrym."
