Dimension: Approx. 14" with handle up, 8" with handle down. When tilted its 11.5" Tall and 10.5" diameter

Material: silver plated

Additional Information: Antique Victorian era silver plate brides stemmed pedestal footed basket with a swivel top.
This is manufactured by Pairpoint Manufacturing Co and it is quadruple plated. This is #1214 Pat. date in the 1800's I couldnt make it out -see pictures.
The top plate swivels- a hard to find feature, very pretty and unique antique. The plate is etched with a floral design and an ornate handle with a bird finial. It has a crimped type edge.
