Valery Hryhorovych Budko (1946). Born and raised in the city of Kyiv. He was fond of drawing from an early age. Graduated from two Kyiv art schools. At first, he painted with watercolors and pencils, in adulthood he switched to oil painting.
"...I look for inspiration in the cozy streets of Kyiv, ancient churches and cathedrals. You discover something new every time," says Budko Valery. All his life he worked in the aviation field, now he is retired. But he continues to paint, because art is his whole life.
