Konstantin Shvetsov showed an interest in drawing and painting from childhood. During his school years, Kostya often visited the Nikolaev Art Museum. The teenager carefully examined and tried to understand for himself the subtleties of painting techniques, the components of color, grace and power of stroke. The artist paints his landscapes from memory and impressions of nature; he tries to convey the beauty and constant variability of the state of the air in his paintings.
