This fabulous original pin on canvas Abstract landscape is signed by the artist, Robert Baranet, and framed in an appropriate period carved wood frame. Robert Baranet, (1925-2001), was born in Philadelphia and studied at the renowned Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, as well as was a private student and protege of Dr. Albert Barnes, at The Barnes Foundation, in Merion, PA.
Baranet also studied abroad on a merit scholarship at The Grand Chaumier Paris. Overall framed dimensions; 28" x 24". Sightline, (painting only), 20" x 16".
