This wonderful pair of custom framed original nude drawings were done by Robert Baranet (1925-2001), in the 1960's in his studio at the famed Hotel des Artistes, New York. Baranet graduated with honors from The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Philadelphia, and studied at The Grand Chaumier, Paris, as well as being personally invited to study at The Barnes Foundation, Merion, PA, by Dr. Albert Barnes himself. Baranet was a professional portrait painter in New York City with Portraits, Inc., on Park Avenue. These drawings are custom matted and framed with archival materials. (They will not discolor or oxidize). Each measures; 16" x 19" x 1.5" Overall. Sightline ; 8" x 11.5".
