Antique French Louis XV–style bombe commode crafted in mahogany with a pronounced serpentine front and curved sides. Topped with a yellow Campan marble slab, characterized by a warm cream-to-honey ground with linear striations and subtle gray and olive veining.
The upper drawer opens to reveal a drop-front secretary compartment with a fitted interior, including small drawers and open cubbies for writing and storage, making the piece both decorative and functional. Lower drawers provide additional storage and are fitted with ornate gilt-bronze hardware, decorative key escutcheons, and a sculptural apron mount. Raised on cabriole legs with brass sabots.
