This fabulous and very rare set of 9 Creamware /faience asparagus plates were made in Italy for Ed Langbien, originally an Industrial designer in New York and later operated a design business until the 1960's. Highly sought-after, his pieces are in many New York museums. This set of 9 asparagus plates work beautifully with other Creamware and faience sets.
