MAURICE ‘NICK’ MCDONALD (1928-2005) Dallas police officer, arrested Lee Harvey Oswald shortly after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Was later assigned to the Secret Service detail protection Marina Oswald. S.P. 8 x 10 in. b/w, a reprint of a classic press photo showing McDonald holding Oswald’s .38 pistol. Boldly signed at top right, adding the fateful date ‘11-22-63’. WITH: a FDC honoring JFK, postmarked Boston, May 29, 1964, boldly inscribed and signed by McDonald: ‘To Mrs. T. N.
